dc.description.abstract | In Architecture, physical and digital models of the design are essential to explore the effectiveness and possibilities of the proposal. Navigation in virtual environments offers and immersive approach to analyze projects. Traditional visualization consists of a camera view that moves around the model. However, adding characters in the virtual environment helps to make the visibility more accurate, understand the functionality and test more features such as scaling, walking flowing, traffic crowded, among others. In this work, the digital model of the proposal for a rail station in Izamal, Mexico was developed, and techniques for the creation and usage of character animation are applied to enhance the design through virtual visualization tests. | |
